The Far Hills-Bedminster First Aid Squad (FHBFAS) is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation which was founded in 1941. This means that our operation and capital costs are funded by local government grants and in large part by the generous response of the community to our annual Fund Drives. The FHBFAS serves the residents of Far Hills, Bedminster, Pluckemin and Pottersville. We also attend to people who are traveling through our area who need medical help. We respond to 9-1-1 calls for emergency medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - we never close! We respond to about 700 each year and never charge for any of our services.
